How to Book
STEP 1
Review which dates you'd like to book + cross-reference our updated calendar to ensure they are still available.
STEP 2
Fill out the correct form depending on your preferred stay. This reserves your spot. You will receive a confirmation email as well as the remaining deposit information.

Remit payment for the correct deposit to ensure your stay is reserved!

Please read before booking!
- If canceled at anytime, collected deposits will not be refunded.
- Holiday weekends are 3-night minimum!
- A cleaning fee will be added to final invoice of $200
- Since VPC Direct doesn't collect security deposit upfront for damages, guests are fully responsible for paying for any damages or repairs & a separate invoice will be sent to collect payment.
- A Terms & Conditions PDF will be sent to guests email directly after booking with additional information on your stay as well as our Rules & Agreements.
- No dogs allowed on premises - we are sorry for the inconvenience.
- No guests under the age of 21 are allowed to be the main renter of the VPC.
- The VPC sleeps 6 comfortably, please email with any questions regarding your party size.
- No large events or parties permitted.
